Easy Availability To The Customer

We strive to be available to you at all times during normal business hours. You can easily reach us through phone, text, or email throughout the day. We will make sure to get back to you as quickly as possible when you have requested us to do an estimate on your project.

Making Sure The Job Is Done Right and Not Rushed

In addition to being available to you, we are going to take a little bit more time than our competitors to ensure that you are getting what you paid for. This absolutely means we do charge more and we stand by our pricing. We believe in getting the install done right the first time rather than costing you more money and headaches down the road!

Payment Options

We accept cash, check, credit, or debit, however, a processing fee of 3% will be applied to all payments made with credit/debit cards.

Typical Payment Terms

We require 50% down at project start to alleviate cost of materials and 50% the day of project completion. No exceptions!

Other General Service Terms

• We need at least two dedicated 20 amp, 120v standard electrical outlets to run our equipment. If power is not on site there may be additional fees for generator rentals and fuel.
• There needs to be safe access to the job site. If we are unable to safely bring in our equipment and vehicles to the job site we will have to reschedule.
• If you ask us to do additional work or make changes to the specifications and deliverables we will have to charge you our standard rate for those services.
